Glee is an American musical comedy-drama television series. Glee first time has aired on Fox since May 19, 2009. It has been listed for a range of different awards including six Satellite Awards (five wins), four Golden Globe Awards (one win), three Teen Choice Awards, two Writers Guild of America Awards, and a Directors Guild of America Award. Amongst the wins for the series are a Satellite Award for "Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy", a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series", and a People's Choice Award for "Favorite New TV Comedy".
